some issues

noisy air conditioningthin walls
I found a few things less than stellar. the air conditioning was quite loud. Sleeping with it on was nearly impossible. also, soundproofing seemed to be an afterthought. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms, especially when someone decided to use the facilities at odd hours. it, i must say.

the soundproofing was awful i heard everything my neighbors did the air conditioner rattled all night it was impossible to ignore i had a hard time sleeping there was no ramp at the front door it's a pain for anyone with strollers or mobility issues that seems like a big oversight

the kitchenette aided my budget. I was able to prepare some meals. the balcony offered a sweet cityscape. i found it to be a peaceful retreat. the staff was kind and readily available to assist. Their warmth was appreciated. the rooftop terrace and indoor pool were highlights! the views were wonderful.
the elevators were small and very busy at all times. this often caused delays, particularly during peak hours. i wish there were more spacious elevators to accommodate all guests.

The breakfast options offered amazing variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit. The indoor pool area was clean, and I observed the pool was sparkling. I also really appreciated the accessible location near the metro, as it simplified my exploration.

Our hotel suite was upgraded! We got a Two-Bedroom Suite instead of the one we booked, I am so grateful. Its location was convenient. There were plenty of dining options nearby.
Parking spaces are a bit narrow. The overnight parking costs $25, I found it a bit expensive. The room was not well soundproofed. I could hear noise from outside.

Our upgraded two-bedroom suite was a lovely surprise. We had booked a smaller room. the suite was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. the hotel location was ideal. the complimentary breakfast felt nourishing and set the perfect tone for our day.
I noticed only two elevators service the entire hotel. Waiting felt long at times. i waited for the elevator. but i never got upset
